We welcome you with our richly flavoured, uniquely styled and specially prepared Dindigul style Briyani made with quality Seeraga Samba rice (integral ingredient to an authentic Dindigul Biryani). The meat we use from the uniquely tasty and rich in texture breed called MecheriAadu (goat) found in and around Dindigul. The Biryani cooking is done using “ViraguAduppu” (A traditional log wood stove) to keep the flavours in. The Briyani is accompanied by “Dalcha”, an essential accompaniment, prepared using a special Brinjal (KottapattuKathirikkai) source once exclusively from around Dindigul.
